We cannot provide refunds on orders for which required us to cut fabric yardage from a roll.

We cannot provide refunds on fabrics that have been cut, altered, or tailored in any way.

Shortage claims and damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Handmade fabrics are not guaranteed against textural variation, colorfastness, exact color or texture matching or durability. Dye lot cuttings must be requested for color match. Variation in color and texture may occur within a single piece and between one piece and another due to the irregular nature of silk yarn. This is the natural characteristic of silk fabric.

Before shipping your fabric back to us, please call and request a Return Invoice Number (RIN). This will enable us to process your return more quickly.
